Knit Technologies Pte Ltd (KNIT) and Ivolute Technologies Pte Ltd (Ivolute) are pleased to announce KNIT’s recent definitive acquisition agreement under which KNIT will acquire Ivolute. Ivolute is a service provider with 18 years in operations with deep domain expertise, specialised in uninterrupted power supply (UPS) solutions customization, coupled with the capability to provide maintenance for computer hardware and network solutions.

With this acquisition, Ivolute’s UPS services will be merged into KNIT’s existing portfolio, and the computer hardware business for Ivolute will be discontinued with effective as of 31st August 2022. The addition of UPS services will further strengthen KNIT’s capabilities in providing an end-to-end infrastructure service offerings for all our valued customers.

Despite the discontinuity of computer hardware business, the existing computer hardware contracts will be fulfilled with business as usual. As we complete the integration of our businesses, be assured that we are committed to deliver high level of service to which you are accustomed to. Our goal is to make this a seamless transition for all existing customers, bringing you a more holistic range of services to come.

The merger of both companies will take place over the next 3 months. All employees of Ivolute will officially be transferred to KNIT, and Ivolute will cease its operations. During this transition, we are determined to achieve service excellence and will continue to work closely with our customers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration.
